Evidence behind every line

An AI line you cannot check is an opinion. Anomaly flags, digest bullets, agent outputs and Ask answers each carry the records they were computed from, shown as small chips underneath: Based on 14 transactions opens those rows in a drawer; a lead, deal, customer or task chip opens that record; 6 open errors opens the errors page. If a chip is missing, the line was not computed from data.

Customer themes

The Customer Themes agent runs weekly per venture. It reads the last 30 days of feedback, bug reports and tickets and names the three to five things customers keep asking for. The model only groups and names — every count, the revenue of the customers behind a theme, and the citations to the items are computed from your records. Below five items it stays silent.

Themes appear on the dashboard as What customers keep asking for and in the weekly digest. Install the agent on a venture from its Agents tab; its language is set in the install config.
