Public forms

Public forms let anyone submit information that lands directly in a project as a lead or a record — no login required for the person filling it in.

Create a form

1. Open a project and build or pick the object the form should create.
2. Choose the fields to expose on the form.
3. Publish — you get a shareable link like kordox.com/f/your-form.

What forms can capture

• Text, email, phone, numbers, dates, dropdowns
• File and image uploads — including a gallery capture for multiple images
• Anything mapped to your custom fields

Brand the page

The public form page is what your customers see, so it can carry your identity instead of ours.

1. Open the form in Lead Engine → Forms (or the top-level Forms page) and go to the Settings step.
2. Under Branding, set:
   • Logo — upload an image (PNG, JPEG, GIF, WebP or AVIF, up to 10MB) or paste an https:// URL. It appears above the title, and again on the thank-you screen.
   • Intro text — a line or two under the title explaining what the form is for. Inline links work: [our privacy policy](https://example.com/privacy).
   • Accent colour — a #rrggbb hex that colours the submit button, the field focus ring and links.
3. Save. Branding applies to all three surfaces: the hosted /f/... page, an iframe embed, and the floating-button widget.

The branding also dresses the page around the form: the browser tab shows the form's name, your logo becomes the favicon, and a link shared in chat or email unfurls with your name, your intro copy and your logo — never ours.

"Powered by Kordox" shows on the Free plan only. Every paid plan gets the page to itself, on forms and booking pages alike.

Preview before publishing

Use the form's preview link to see the branded page while it's still a draft.

After submission

• Submissions appear in the project (and in the Lead Engine if they're leads).
• Uploaded files are stored securely and attached to the record.
• You can be notified of new submissions.
