Email
Kordox doesn't replace your inbox — and it doesn't connect to or sync your mailbox. Instead it captures the email that should become work and lets you reply from a record. There's nothing to "connect."
Capture mail as work — forward or BCC
Forward (or BCC) any email to your Kordox address and it becomes a task, lead, or ticket on the right venture:
| Address | Creates |
|---|---|
tasks+{org}@inbox.kordox.com | a task |
leads+{org}@inbox.kordox.com | a lead |
support+{org}@inbox.kordox.com | a support ticket |
inbox+{org}@inbox.kordox.com | a Triage item for admins |
Add .{project} to route to a specific project — e.g. tasks+acme.website@inbox.kordox.com. Your exact addresses (with copy buttons) live in Settings → Forward to Kordox and Lead Engine → Sources.
When mail arrives, Kordox decodes it (any language), scans and stores attachments (dangerous types blocked, download-only), and matches the sender to an existing customer or lead so it lands on their record instead of creating a duplicate.
Reply from a record
Open a lead, customer, or task and send an email right from it. Replies thread back onto the record as a conversation — grouped by Message-ID/References, so an ongoing thread stays on one task. No inbox access required; messages go out via Kordox with reply-to set to you.
Send as your own domain (Business)
On the Business plan you can send as your own address. In Settings → Custom sending domain, add your domain, add the shown DNS records (DKIM/SPF), and verify. Outbound then sends as you@yourcompany.com instead of "via Kordox".
Privacy by design
Kordox only ever sees the emails you choose to forward/BCC or send from a record. It never connects to, reads, or mirrors your mailbox — so there's no OAuth, no inbox sync, and no bulk access to your mail.
